Toilet Won T Sit Flush With Floor

I talked to my brother i remember he said he had the same problem once he told me a plumber had to come out and bore out the pipe so the toilet would sit right.

In the photo above i am working with half a toilet not a very good idea in a real home half toilets don t flush too well and they are hard to sit on.
