Transit Van Side Door Wont Lock

If you do not remove the power door lock fuse the central locking system will attempt to lock the door as you turn the key to depress the active retainer which will make it very difficult to remove the lock.

Sometimes when you press the unlock button on the keyfob to unlock the rear of the van only the back doors unlock. When you then try to lock the van by pressing the lock button it relocks the rear doors and beeps the horn to say a door not closed. The side door stays locked. All motors work on all doors as can hear them even clear the contact on the side sliding door still does the same locks then unlocks its self.
